We encourage contributions, particularly from development practitioners and new writers. Before submitting unsolicited manuscripts, please read our Notes for Contributors. Here are also Guidance Notes for Short Items and Reviews

While the journal is published in English, submissions in French, Portuguese , or Spanish are welcome.

Please consult our copyright guidance notes before submitting an article. Articles are independently refereed before being accepted. If your article is accepted for publication, you must sign and return this Copyright Agreement.
